El Gordo de Navidad is the full name of the massive Spanish lottery which translates to The Fat One of Christmas. Hailed as the biggest and richest lottery in the world, the next lottery draw takes place on 22nd December 2010 with a total prize fund of €2.3 billion (~about £2 billion) - the biggest lottery jackpot on the planet earth.
